What are the terms and conditions?
The general terms and conditions are based on the terms and conditions of the Thuiswinkelwaarborg organization. For more information about the general terms and conditions we refer you to the General Terms and Conditions page.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you have any complaints about our service or products please contact our customer service team at info@hartberger.nl or Tel: +31(0)183 502166. We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible. For more information on warranty and complaints, please refer to the warranty and complaints page.
The complaint is valid if it is not caused by:
- damage caused intentionally, or through negligence
- improper use or negligent maintenance
- normal wear and tear
- damage due to failure to observe the instructions for use or to observe them correctly
Order
I'm ordering for the first time. How does that work, ordering from DE MAN - WERKENDAM?
Select products- With DE MAN - WERKENDAM's various search options, you can easily search our product range. You can indicate on each page which item you are looking for. Look in the menu at the different brands in our assortment.
- By clicking on an article of your choice you will get more information about the product.
- Have you bought something before at DE MAN - WERKENDAM? Then you can login directly with your personal username and password. You received the login information via email the first time you bought something.
- Is this your first visit to TDEMAN - WERKENDAM? You will be asked to fill in your data once. The fields marked with * are required fields.
- If you have a discount code you can enter this code in this section. We will then calculate the total price.
- We offer several payment options. For more information about these options please visit the payment page. You can indicate which payment method you prefer.
- Tick the box for "Yes, I agree with the general conditions and privacy policy.
- Click next to go to the verification page.
- You will finally see a summary of your order. Here you can check if all the information is correct.
- Click on "complete order" if all information is correct.
- Do you still want to change something? Click on 'change address' or 'change payment method'.
I want to cancel my order, how do I do that?
You can then contact us by email or phone. If the order is already on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. The items are then already in the delivery process.
What is the status of my order?
If you place an order on www.hartberger.nl and you have provided your e-mail address, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This contains your order number and of course an overview of your order. When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an e-mail with the invoice. If the order has been processed by the carrier you will receive the track & trace code.
How do I know if the order was successful and the items will be delivered?
After the order has been placed with us, we will confirm this order by email.
What is the delivery time of the products ordered?
Delivery is immediate on business days, this applies to 90% of all items at DE MAN - WERKENDAM that are in stock.
Can I also have the order delivered to another person or to my work?
Yes, that is certainly possible. While ordering you can indicate to which address you want the item to be delivered. This way it is also nice to surprise a friend with an original article.
Do you also have stores I can visit?
Yes, you can visit our showroom, see the details on this contact page. As a wholesaler/importer, we of course also supply retailers throughout the country (including Belgium), where you can buy our range.
Do you make the items yourselves?
Yes, of the brand HARTBERGER, WL, MANDOR and UNIE we are the manufacturer.
Do you also have a normal catalog?
Yes, of the brands HARTBERGER and LINDNER there are paper leaflets, you can also view these digitally online.
I forgot my password, what now?
If you click on login you will see a link with "forgot password". If you click on it and enter your email address you will receive a new password via email. Of course you can change your password again via "change password".
Can an article be out of stock after I have placed my order?
Yes, this is possible although we do everything possible to prevent this. The delivery period will then be extended by a few days.
When will I receive an invoice for my order?
The invoice will be sent when the order is ready for shipment.
Do you also ship abroad?

I received a defective item, what should I do?
DE MAN - WERKENDAM offers the best quality for the most competitive prices. Nevertheless, it may happen that you receive an article that is not perfect. You can then contact our customer service via info@hartberger.nl or via Tel: +31(0)183-502166. For quick processing, we ask that you keep the delivery note and item details handy.
